Open Publishing Advisory Board

About the Penn State Libraries Open Publishing Advisory Board

The Libraries Open Publishing program is overseen in part by the Open Publishing Advisory Board, who review new publication proposals, as well as provide feedback and input on Open Publishing services. The board is made up of both Penn State faculty and staff and faculty and staff from outside the university, and they meet once every two months, or as needed. The Open Publishing Advisory Board is governed by a charter which provides guidelines and more details about the work of the Board. The Charter is available to view and download and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
